Take a look at China’s Chaya Mountain and you may see ten different types of tulips in blossom across a farm. It can a beautiful sign that spring has sprung. The flowers are creating wonderful abstract formations that are like a pointillist piece of art.
The floral farms in China are small and are usually family-run businesses, unlike the top farms in Netherlands, which is one of the biggest flower suppliers in the world.
Inside the flower market, China holds about 4 percent of the market. They will export flowers to European countries and America, but since that is expensive, over two-thirds with their products are sold within Asia. Check out the list of them here.
